Is LJ going away? Ugh. I have so many memories here and don't know how to export it all over to DW. Help!

I managed to get mine imported there. It's not hard, it just takes time and gives error messages that aren't true (it told me it couldn't import my entries, but it got everything except 2021 and this year).

I just saw a comment (from someone I don't know) saying LJ might be gone by Friday, so back up by Thurs. If you make a DW account, you will see where to import from LJ. No matter what, it's probably a good idea.

I think a majority of people here on LJ don't really see it "going away" because of Russia. HOWEVER — why not back it up on DW. Doesn't hurt. It is easy and it's a safeguard. I've been posting from DW and now that I've found everything, it's really not that bad.
